An invaluable step during the early design phase of civil engineering projects. The identification of underground utility conflicts in the early stages of design avoids costly change orders and project delays.

Identifying and contacting underground facility owners within the project limits.
An in-depth investigation of the site using electronic utility locating equipment. Available utility records, maps, etc are used as a tool to guide the investigation. Utility sweeps are performed for unknown utilities in the area.
Robotic and GPS surveying/plotting of the utility investigation results includes all underground utility related features, designations, anomalies.
Final deliverable includes a CADD & PDF file representing the results of the investigation. Project specific field notes will be included as part of the deliverable.
